Today I experienced first hand what it means when people say “to love is to let go”. The dearest one of my life, I could not provide. Caught in a situation where my hands are tied. Having to let you go to experience life so wide, hiding back the pain knowing that you flutter in someone’s eyes.

Why did you send me to the far reaches and left me here?

Put in the centre of chaos, not knowing what my next move is

Reaching out, not able to find my comrades

Nor someone who sees me in the eyes

As each day goes by, I get more and more lonely

People pass me daily in my life, unable to uplift spirit

Dragging my feet as the day draws nearer

Soon I will be called to action

Until then I will wait here all alone

It is strange how people take spiritual awakening to be related to development of psychic powers or intellectual knowledge. I met a young lady who is so charming. This was not the first time I met her. It was in a workshop many months ago that I met her. Somehow I was so attracted to her eyes that I just cannot resist looking into them. However I really dare not for I am afraid if I stared too long I might fall in love with her.

Well she is a real charming soul. Nice energies and all that. But its her belief that if you are spiritual you must be able to see things or hear things or be able to teach and heal. What a load of rubbish I feel but I am sad that is beautiful soul is so fooled in this limiting beliefs. I cannot understand why a person like her would bash herself with low self esteem.

What she doesn’t know she can’t see. But only others who are gifted can see that in her. If she only knew what she has in her makes her divine. But she will not be able to see that until the day she is willing to see herself for who she is and not what others think she is.

Perhaps one day I would gaze into her eyes so that she will realize and see what I see. Sigh…….

Love is being able to see yourself in someone else, and willing to receive from another person their best and give the same in return. Love is a feeling of safety. That is true love.
